Eszter Nagy

Between travelling back and forth between Hungary and the Netherlands, the loss of her grandparents, night shifts, and the uncertainties of living abroad, Eszter Nagy developed a fear of flying. It was also during this period that she picked up the habit of spontaneously talking to strangers.

Through a personal project, she shares this intimate experience of displacement, vulnerability, and unexpected encounters. With humour and honesty, she transforms a familiar fear into an invitation to step outside one’s comfort zone, strike up a conversation, and form unexpected connections with the people we meet along the way.
